Dear Member
Kerala Catholic Association of the UK IS pleased to inform you that AGM will be held on Sunday 11 June 2017 at Our Lady of Compassion Parish Centre Green Street, Upton Park, London E13 9AX, 2pm to 5pm.
The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:

- AGM Report 2016 - General Secretary

- Members in arrears with annual subscription
- Election of Independent Observers
- Election of Director Board
- Date of Election of Office Bearers
- Vote of Thanks
At the last AGM only 4 Director Board members were elected, as you may well know an organisation cannot carry out activities and grow with very minimal participation from our members, we would like to see greater support and involvement from members. KCAUK would like to see more enthusiasm from younger members and previous Officials of KCAUK to join the Director Board. Maximum of 21 Director Board members can be elected, giving greater flexibility to build teams within 9 Office portfolios, and enhance the ability to deliver greater benefits to the community. The 9 Office portfolios were created to give greater ownership and responsibility to the Director Board members, these Offices will be elected on a date to be decided by independent Observers.
KCAUK would like to remind those Members whose annual subscription are in arrears, to be settled prior to attending the AGM, if in doubt please contact General Secretary at the following email ID: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Please note:
Deadline for the Director Board Nomination has been extended to Saturday 10 June 2017 until 5pm.
KCAUK Director Board would like to extend sincere thanks to all the members for their continued support over the past year.
